Yes! The store is open Thursdays from 4pm - 8pm only. On the rare occasion that we are closed on a Thursday, we will post updates via our social media channels accordingly.
If you placed an order for pick-up at the store, you can come by during our opening hours, every Thursday from 4pm to 8pm. Pick-up is also possible any other weekday by appointment - in this case, please reach out to us via email or by phone to ensure that the office is staffed and that your order is prepared.
Yes! We do ship worldwide, with almost no exceptions.
We currently offer shipments with DHL, DHL Express, or by postage. For all orders outside of Germany that weigh less than 2kg, we recommend shipping by postage due to lower shipping costs and more reliable shipping times. If you need to receive your order by a certain date, we recommend choosing DHL Express, as this provides the fastest shipping and is the only option that guarantees timely delivery.
Shipping times depend on a variety of different factors, including location and shipping carrier.
For DHL shipments within Germany, you can expect to receive within in a week. Within the EU, they can take up from 2-3 weeks to arrive, while outside of the EU, shipping times range from 3-6 weeks.
Postage shipments within the EU take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Outside of the EU, shipment can take around 4-6 weeks.
DHL Express usually takes one day to deliver within Germany, once it leaves the warehouse - for international shipments it may take 2-3 days. For more detailed delivery times please check the link below, and please not that that it may take up to three workdays for us to prepare the order.
The release dates of pre-order items are usually estimates and might be delayed. In most cases, the records are shipped from the pressing plant directly to our warehouse, and even though this might be delayed, you can be sure that you're among the first people to receive the records if you order via our Webshop!

We ship all orders within a few business days. If your order has not been shipped yet, it is most likely due to the presence of pre-order items in your cart - the order will only be shipped once all records are available. Please also make sure that you did not place the order order for pick-up. If none of these circumstances apply and your order is still delayed, please contact us via email!
